When you request a consultation we collect your name, title, business name, city and state, business type, annual revenue range, meeting preference, email, and phone number. If you schedule a time, our scheduling provider (Calendly) processes your booking details.

How we use it

Only to contact you, prepare for, and hold your consultation with an AI software expert and a qualified CPA.

How we protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in a secured database with access limited to authorized staff.

Sharing

We never sell your information. It is shared only with the advisors participating in your consultation and service providers needed to operate this site.

Website analytics and advertising

We count visits to this site with an anonymous visitor ID stored in your browser, and we note how you arrived (for example a radio mention, email, search, or social post) so we know which advertising works. This information is not sold.

We may also use advertising tags from Google (including YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and X. These companies may receive your device's browsing activity on this site to measure our ads and to show our ads to you again on their platforms. Where the law requires it we ask for your permission first, and you can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
